Free Size Exchange Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We offer one free size exchange per order. Contact us within 45 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee Not satisfied with your purchase? You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund, no questions asked.

Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge. No return required.

Wrong Item Received If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item immediately.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@thrive-footwear.com within 45 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

Our team will respond within 1 business day with confirmation and next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.


Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use, washing, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return.

The free size exchange applies to one item per order. All other exchanges or returns outside of manufacturing defects or our error are subject to the customer covering return shipping costs.

Items purchased during promotional sales, including BOGO offers, are eligible for return with a maximum of 3 items per order. This allows us to keep offering you the best deals while managing our inventory responsibly.

If a delivery is refused, uncollected, or placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, a handling and reshipping fee may apply. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided upon approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
