At Thrive Footwear, quality, comfort, and your satisfaction are our top priorities. Our team works daily to ensure your footwear order is shipped quickly and reliably — with free shipping included.


Order Processing & Shipping Procedure

  • Once your order is received, our team begins processing it within 1–3 business days.

  • As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

We cover all shipping costs, every order is delivered free of charge, regardless of order value or destination country.

Delivery Times by Region

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your region and local carriers.

  • Your order typically arrives 4–9 business days after shipping.

  • Including processing time, the total delivery time is usually 5–12 business days.


Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Incorrect details may lead to delivery delays, which we cannot compensate.

  • External Factors: Holidays or regional circumstances may affect delivery times.

  • Cancellations: Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

  • Duties & Taxes: Any potential import duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Protection Policy

At Thrive Footwear, we do everything we can to ensure your order is handled carefully and delivered safely. For additional peace of mind, we offer an optional shipping protection service during checkout.

Coverage

Shipping Protection provides coverage if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If an issue occurs while the package is in transit, we will work with you to resolve the situation. This may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund for the affected product.

Non-Refundable Service

Shipping Protection is an optional service that can be added during checkout. Once purchased, the Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable, regardless of the delivery status of the order or whether a claim is made.

Claims Process

  • Damaged Items: Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package.

  • Lost Packages: Please contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date.

  • To process a claim, we may request supporting documentation, such as photos of the damaged product and packaging, order details, and any additional information required to review the claim.

Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Shipping delays

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Damage that did not occur during transit
